To celebrate the unveiling of the Perrimark Cultural Estate, we invite you into the Tasting Room. Normally reserved for our members, the public may sample the immersive coffee experiences for the duration of this 5 day virtual celebration.

Welcome to the Tasting Room – virtual experiences that explore the cultures, flavor, and stories of coffee in our world. Inspired by our passion for coffee and drama series Corteza Gold – a saga about a Black and Mexican family rising as a coffee dynasty – we are excited to bring the world of coffee exploration to you. You are invited to enjoy cozy, yet luxurious, experiences that we’ve created for you.

Sample Coffee Masterclass & Tasting- Mexico Chiapas Bourbon Coffee (2 Minute Sampler)

Introduction to our Mexico Chiapas coffee tasting and masterclass. We explore a guided tasting centered on the Mexico, Chiapas bourbon barrel–aged coffee, sourced from indigenous farmers and aged in American oak barrels. The experience unfolds as both sensory ritual and cultural study: A guided exploration of aroma, body, acidity, and finish A step-by-step tasting using an SCA-inspired cupping methodology Insight into roasting, origin, and craftsmanship A dessert and coffee pairing, including a culinary demonstration Contextual storytelling that places the coffee within its cultural and historical landscape.

Each masterclass comes with a digital issue of Hacienda Brew magazine, the magazine for coffee connoisseurs and home café enthusiasts.
